HOw our process works

Reach out to us via our contact form or give a call to discuss your project particulars. From there we will schedule a day and time that works best with your job or time constraints to perform the 3D scan of your space.

An AVS technician will arrive on site with all required equipment to scan your space. They will first perform a walk through to ensure the environment is ready and all doors are open. The time it takes to scan depends on the complexity and size of the property but typically scans are completed within 1-4 hours. 

After the on-site scanning is completed, we take this information and process it into the required file and model formats you need for your specific needs. We offer quick turnaround times, that take days not weeks, to ensure you meet your deadlines and stay on track.

We take your privacy and security seriously, which is why all data is encrypted whether you are storing it or sending it along to others in your network. A second layer of security can be added to all share links by adding a password of your choosing.
